Pretendeu-se assim determinar qual a evolução nas respostas aos alunos ao longo dos três anos de vigência do projeto, procurando identificar tendências, pontos convergentes e divergentes entre os países envolvidos.<br />

Produtos em Fim de Validade: Como evitar o desperdício?<br />

"A turma PCA, de Portugal, fez hoje, dia 13/04/2018, uma saída de campo, para visitar as superfícies comerciais Pingo Doce e Continente, visanodo conhecer a estratégias destas empresas relativamente à gestão de produtos em fim de validade. Esta atividade insere-se no âmbito do Projeto ERASMUS+/CLAP.<br />
<br />
Os alunos puderam ouvir as explicações dos responsáveis de loja e/ou secção, tendo aprendido que:<br />
<br />
a) No Pingo Doce, quando os produtos se aproximam do fim da validade, é pedido à central da empresa um abaixamento dos preços. Se não houver resposta, a loja tem autonomia para assumir algumas quebras, permitindo a venda na modalidade "dois pelo preço de um". No dia anterior ao fim da validade dos produtos, a loja faz a sua separação para doação às IPSS, como sejam lares de idosos ou o Banco Alimenta Contra a Fome:<br />
<br />
Os alunos também ficaram a saber que a validade atribuída pelos produtores é feita por defeito, ou seja, o produto, na realidade, dura mais tempo do que o que consta na embalagem.<br />
<br />
b) No Continente, ao nível dos produtos frescos, o preço dos produtos pode ser depreciado até 50% em fim de validade, sendo neste caso vendido até ao último dia na loja, acabando por ser praticamente todo vendido. A empresa (SONAE) também autoriza o encaminhamento dos produtos em fim de vaidade para consumo no refeitório dos funcionários. No caso dos produtos secos, estes são separados 3 ou 4 dias antes do fim da validade, sendo doados para a Santa Casa da Misericórdia.<br />

Este trabalho de pesquisa continuará a ser desenvolvido nas próximas semanas."<br />

<i>"The PCA group, from Portugal, made a field trip today, on 04/13/2018, to visit the Pingo Doce and Continente commercial areas, aiming to know the strategies of these companies regarding the end-of-term product management. This activity is part of the ERASMUS + / CLAP Project.</i><br />

<i>The students were able to listen to the explanations of store managers and / or section, having learned that:</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
<i>a) At Pingo Doce, when the products are near the end of their validity, the company's central office is asked to lower prices. If there is no answer, the store has the autonomy to take some breaks, allowing the sale in the modality "two for the price of one". Finalmente, o filme do nosso meeting, com um apontamento à parte: o da coreografia apresentado pelas alunas do Clube de Dança na festa final, coordenado pela professora Marina Oliveira, a partir de um fado. Colocámos à parte, por uma questão de duração do filme maior, que se tornaria demasiado longo.<br />
